We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card payments are processed through our secure payment gateway with SSL encryption.
PayPal is a fast and secure way to make your payment online. You don't need a PayPal account - you can also pay with your credit card through PayPal.
Direct bank transfers are accepted for all our tours. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. Our bank details will be provided upon booking.
For your security, Khur Travel will never ask for your full credit card details via email. Always ensure you are on our secure payment page before entering payment information.
To secure your booking with Khur Travel, we follow a simple payment process:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your place on the tour and allows us to make necessary arrangements.
Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a booking confirmation with all the details of your tour. This includes your itinerary, what to bring, and important information about your trip.
The remaining balance (80%) must be paid 30 days before your tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All our tour prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). While in Mongolia, the local currency is Mongolian Tugrik (MNT). We recommend bringing some USD cash for your personal expenses, as well as a credit card. ATMs are available in Ulaanbaatar and some provincial centers.
Please note that any bank fees or charges associated with your payment are the responsibility of the client. When making a bank transfer, please ensure that the full amount due is received by Khur Travel.
If you choose to pay in a currency other than USD, your bank or credit card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. This fee is determined by your financial institution and is not controlled by Khur Travel.
