1.1 Company Information

1.2 Definitions

• "Client" refers to the person making the booking

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made in writing (email or signed contract) and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and signed booking agreement.

2.2 Minimum Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Special terms may apply for unaccompanied minors.

2.3 Group Bookings

Group bookings (10+ people) are subject to special terms and conditions. Group leaders are responsible for all group members and must ensure compliance with all terms.

3.1 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 30% of total tour cost required at booking
• Final Payment: Balance due 45 days before departure
• Late Bookings: Full payment required for bookings within 45 days of departure

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

Clients must be in reasonable physical condition for their chosen tour. Some tours require specific fitness levels. Medical conditions must be disclosed at booking.

5.3 Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain tours. Insurance should cover medical expenses, evacuation, and trip cancellation.

6.1 Company Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the tour price paid. We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, following local laws and customs, and adhering to tour guidelines and safety instructions.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemic restrictions.
